Q: Can Prepaid SIM cards be used?

A: You can use any SIM cards, prepaid or post-paid. Before a SIM card is inserted into Pet's Friends GPS tracker make sure that the SIM card is activated, the necessary service is provided, PIN code is removed (all can be done using a mobile phone). We don't recommend to use post-paid SIM cards where a tariff is valid for 1 day.

 

Q: Which operator SIM card can be used?

A: Any operator's SIM cards can be used. PF - 43 trackers have customization for Baltic. In all others countries it is necessary to program APN, it can be done by SMS command. PF - 53 doesn't require such a customization.

 

Q: Where the trackers can work?

A: Everywhere, where an operator has GSM and / or LTE coverage (Europe Frequency bands)

 

Q: Which APP is used to monitor? Is it free of charge? Where to get it?

A: AnyTracking APP is used. It is free of charge. You can download it from Google Play or from Apple Store

 

Q: When I check "History Route" I see locations where my dog didn't visit. Why?

A: Sometimes when GPS signal is weak, GPS tracker put a track measured with LBS (Location Based Service, done with mobile network's help), and such track accuracy is very big. To exclude such tracks, please uncheck "Show LBS points"

Q: Is it possible to monitor my GPS tracker from a computer?
